We pledge that Capital W will not use information about you without your permission. Capital W does not participate in spamming, and will not distribute customer information to any third parties for the purpose of spamming.

Instances in which Capital W may distribute your personal information to Capital W Sponsors or Potential Sponsors

1. To provide a general breakdown of the Capital W membership database. The information that will be given to Capital W Sponsors or Potential Sponsors will be the number of members, a general breakdown of the number/percentage of our members completing certain courses, majors or with interest in certain industries, as well as the stage of completion of your degree. The general breakdown will not contain your name, email address or any information which will identify you.

2. Where you sign up for an event hosted by a Sponsor, we may release details of the event registrations to the Sponsor company who is hosting the event, for the purpose of fulfilling the Sponsor's recruitment goals. These details will include your name, contact details, degree, majors, industries in which you are interested.

3. Where you sign up for an event hosted by Capital W, including the Annual Dinner, we may release details of the event registrations to the Sponsor companies who participate in the event, for the purpose of fulfilling the Sponsors' recruitment goals. These details will include your name, contact details, degree, majors, industries in which you are interested and your CV if submitted.

By signing up for Membership or registering for an event, you are consenting to the use of your information for the purposes listed above.

We pledge that we will provide mechanisms for you to communicate your privacy concerns to us and that we will respond to them thoroughly and confidentially. Should you wish to unsubscribe from our mailing list and terminate your membership of Capital W, please email capitalw.team@gmail.com.
